彭追云(1950.11—)湖南涟源人。擅长漫画、电视舞美设计、插图。1974年毕业于郑州师范专科学校，1978年调河南省教材教学研讨 室美术教研组工作。1987年调河南广播电视台任美术编辑。作品《绝招》入选1982年全国漫画展；《声控灯光》入选1988年中国漫画展；《意思到了》入选第七届全国美展。出版《新世纪漫画家彭追云漫画集》。
