高海戈，1970年生于山东青岛，本籍 安徽蚌埠。
2006年进入高泉油画工作室。
2012年考入中国油画院研修班
现任中国美术家协会会员，北京油画学会会员，九三学社社员，高泉艺术馆理事长，九三学社威海市委员会艺术院副院长。
