中新网福州10月14日电 (叶秋云)“茶路平安、茶路平安……”10月14日在福建省福州市台江区上下杭,随着铜锣声响起,两岸茶帮代表举旗、挑着茶担通过三通桥,陆续走进位于万寿尚书庙后殿的天后宫。
10月14日(农历九月初九)是妈祖羽化升天纪念日。当天,为再现福州上下杭百年茶业盛世场景,“双杭众茶帮·丝路竞芬芳”暨台江区首届两岸茶帮斗茶民俗文化活动在此举行。

台湾南投县竹山镇茶叶协会代表林义雄表示,海神妈祖护佑平安健康,信众遍布海内外。此次举办海峡两岸祭祖献茶仪式,展现了海峡两岸同根同源的民间文化信仰,两岸同胞对中华传统民俗文化活动的重视,以及重阳节期间对老人的感恩和尊重。

据了解,1842年,福州自五口通商以后,逐步成为世界茶港。台江民俗专家林祥彩在《台江商贸话旧》一书中回忆,福州茶市最鼎盛时期约在十九世纪六十年代至二十世纪初叶。当时福州港输出货值总值中,茶叶占百分之八十。福建各地茶叶多集中福州出口,有红茶、绿茶、青茶、白茶、砖茶等,品种齐全。
台江区政协文化文史和学习委员会主任石丽钦透露,福建的茶叶品质优良,种类繁多,是“海上丝绸之路”重要的贸易物资之一。自五口通商之后,福州的茶叶远销海内外,作为十九世纪末二十世纪初福州苍霞洲茶帮之魁的“洪家茶”更是如此。

石丽钦表示,福州茶叶随着“海上丝绸之路”销往海外,为祈求茶路一帆风顺,茶产业生意兴隆,“洪家”每年都会组织各地茶帮在春秋两季茶叶收获的季节,于福州各个天后宫进行斗茶仪式,将最好的茶叶敬献给海神妈祖。
据悉,洪家茶的历史可追溯至1878年,彼时从金门烈屿乡青岐村移居福州台江的洪天赏借助福州港的繁华,从航运业起步,逐步做起茶叶生意,开起茶行;第二代洪家掌门人洪发绥又借助福州港的便利,将茶叶贸易做到了海外。

如今,百年洪家茶红茶制作技艺是福州市级非遗项目。该技艺第四代传承人洪植锦表示,此次茶帮敬妈祖传统仪式分为“三敬茶”、“三献舞”、“三献礼”、“斗茶仪式”等环节。来自两岸的10个茶帮现场竞相角逐,选出的最好的茶叶敬献妈祖。“此次活动以茶为媒,推进两岸茶文化民间交流,增进两岸同胞情谊。”
