邹晓麟(1955.5—)辽宁大连人。中国美术家协会会员。擅长水彩画。1980年入大连市艺术学校美术专业学习。1990年入辽宁教育学院美术专业学习。1979年后在大连市新华书店工作。助理工艺美术师。作品《为了生态平衡》入选第七届全国美展；《昔日跳龙门，今日求生机》入选第八届全国美展；《无家可归》入选第九届全国美展。
