10月10日下午，山东省临清市烟店镇烟店联村小广场上，一场锣鼓喧天的竹马表演正在进行。8名头戴绣冠、背插战旗、手持兵器、面涂脸谱的民间艺人“骑”着竹篾编制的战马，演绎了一出精彩的《杨家将》。

　　“冯圈竹马”是聊城市非物质文化遗产，有着200多年的历史，曾一度濒临失传。如今，随着冯圈村村民生活水平的不断提高，“冯圈竹马”在临清市烟店镇1600平方米的新时代文明实践站广场上重新焕发出生机。

　　今年以来，临清市通过新时代文明实践站整合全市“非遗”传承技师，组建新时代文明实践志愿传承队，将剪纸、面塑等“非遗”文化融合进志愿服务“微菜单”，让有需求的群众利用“融汇临清”APP点单，依托新时代文明实践广场等场所开展送单服务，让“非遗”文化通过志愿服务的方式走进社区，在“最后一公里”实现传承和发扬。

　　目前，临清市正全力打造兼具“非遗”传承、文化惠民、志愿宣讲、民情收集等多种作用的新时代文明实践志愿服务队伍，融合群众文化需求、政策宣传、部门服务等定制多样“菜品”的便民“菜单”，在点单送单中，点出了“非遗”传承新模式、政策宣讲新思路、部门服务新风气，真正让新时代文明实践“活”起来。（高小轩）
