王益论别名王全义，广东东莞人。擅长美术史论、水彩画。1934年上海美专西洋画系毕业。历任广东省立艺专副教授，广州市立艺专、华南文艺学院、中南美专、广州美术学院教授。作品有《梅花》、《山水》。论著有《丹青引》等。
