丁折桂，生于1902年。别名 丁步月。河南内黄人。擅绘画。
毕业于河南师范大学。1926年入北平大学艺术学院西画系学习。长时间 从事油画创作及艺术教育工作，曾任东北大学讲师。建国后历任郑州艺术学院、开封师范学院副教授，河南大学美术系教授、主任。
作品有油画《华山》、中国画《终南古道》、《少林寺》、《黄河三峡工地》等入选全国美展。《屈原行吟图》、《嵩山山水》被中国美术馆、人民大会堂收藏。著有《中小学美术教材及教法》。??
