冯健亲，浙江海宁人；南京艺术学院院长(2008年6月因年龄缘由 不再担任)，九届全国人大代表，十届全国政协常委，十届江苏省政协副主席，江苏省美术家协会常务副主席。冯健亲教授坚持培养具有社会责任感、事业开拓心和文明 创造力的艺术人才。他教学态度认真严谨，教学方法求实创新，教学经验丰富，教学成果明显 ；从教40余年，不断研究 教材教法，努力探索教学改革，密切关注教学发展动态，深入总结教学改革成果，前后 出版专业教材2部，1988年、1989年、2005年前后 荣获省部级、国家级优秀教学成果奖3项，1999年分别获江苏省第六届哲学社会科学优秀成果三等奖和江苏省教育零碎 领导干部优秀调研论文1 等奖。出版《冯健亲作品集》、《素描》、《绘画色彩论析》、《色彩》、《冯健亲画集》、《走向黄山——冯健亲回顾展》等画集。撰写并发表论文50余篇，1999年获江苏省第六届哲学社会科学优秀成果三等奖；江苏省教育零碎 领导干部优秀调研论文1 等奖。
