刘蜜1959年生。重庆人。1989年毕业于四川美术学院油画系。1999年地方 美术学院壁画系进修斑结业。现为海口市美协副秘书长、海南省美术院专业画家。曾参加“首届油画双年展”、“中国名家书画精品展”、“全国第四届水彩水粉展”，作品为文明 部收藏。
