苏晓民(1953.6—)别名啸民，吉林省九台市人。满族。中国美术家协会会员、中国少数民族促进会理事、吉林省书画院二级美术师。1982年毕业于东北师范大学艺术系油画专业，获文学学士学位。前后 任教师及杂志的美术编辑工作，1986年调入吉林省美术家协会。油画《晨》入选第二届全国青年美术作品展览，油画《林区日记》入选第七届全国美术作品展览，油画《铁锈·人心·大海》获“纪念毛泽东同志在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话发表50周年全国美术作品展览”铜牌奖，油画《山间铃声》入选中国第二届油画展，油画《重阳》入选第八届全国美术作品展览优秀作品展。《种子·阳光》入选首届中国油画展。
