吴凤仪，男，汉族，1956年出生于北京。地方 工艺美院毕业，现任中国煤矿文联美术家协会主席、中国美协煤矿创作中心常务副主任，中国美术家会会员，中国油画学会会员。
早年，师从地方 美院陈伟生教授，经数年学习，在创作和技法等方面打下了坚实的绘画基础。1978年以来，素描、油画作品多次参加国内美展，1987年，招贴画入选国际卫生组织主办在苏联展出的展览并获奖。1991年，代表美矿美术工作者参加由中宣部、中国文联、中国美协等单位召开的跨世纪“全国青年文明 艺术创作会议”。
