刘文伟，男，1967年出生于湖南邵阳市，中国工艺美术家协会会员、广东省美术家协会会员、珠海市美术家协会副秘书长、油画艺委会副主任、珠海画院秘书长。1991年毕业于广州美术学院，2000年创办珠海创世纪环境艺术工程无限 公司。1999年油画作品《喀什库尔干的阳光》入选《建国5 十周年广东省美术作品展》；2008年油画作品《秋韵》入选《珠海市美术双年展》；2008年油画作品《天域飘香》入选《第三届“‘风景·风情’全国油画人物画作品展”》获优秀奖；2008年获珠海“渔女”奖二等奖；2008年，油画《晚境》被珠海市古元美术馆收藏。
