王丽铭，女，辽宁人。擅长油画、连环画。1964年毕业于鲁迅美术院。辽宁美术出版社编审。作品有连环画《365晚安故事》获第四届全国连环画评奖三等奖(合作)，油画《畅游海底世界系列之1 》入选第八届全国美展。
