吴静雨，1983年毕业于鲁迅美术学院油画系。进修鲁迅美术学院举办法国画家，克劳德·伊卫尔油画技法学习班，宾卡斯油画拄法学习班。现中国美术家协会会员、辽宁省美术家协会会员、沈阳市美术家协会理事辽宁鲁艺油雕院。
