安耀华(1948.6—)，客籍 山东利津，生于上海。
1964年初中毕业后到河北赵县下乡插队。
1968年调赵县文明 馆从事美术工作，1974年调河北省歌舞剧院从事舞台美术设计，1985年调河北省群众艺术馆从事美术辅导工作与创作。
现为河北省美术科学技术研讨 室主任，总美术师。
中国美术家协会会员。
擅长油画、水粉画。
发明金属腐蚀肌理画技术，获1989年第四届全国发明展览铜奖。
金属腐蚀画《渤海朝潮》陈列于人民大会堂河北厅。
还有作品《金色的梦》、《解放石家庄》等。
