陶少波(1958.1—)山东莱阳人。擅长油画。中国美术家协会会员，山东美术家协会会员，山东油画学会理事，山东油画艺委会委员，山东当代油画院院士，山东轻工业学院艺术学院教授，1983年毕业于山东艺术学院油画专业，1993年毕业于地方 美术学院第六届油画研修班。
2004年，论文选登《清华大学装潢 136期》。
2009年，论文选登《美术观察167期》。
2012年，油画作品《丽江古宅》、《山城》选登文艺研讨 10期整版。
1998年，《陶少波画集》由天津人民美术出版社出版发行。
2008年，画集《油画名家陶少波》经山东美术家协会推荐由山东美术出版社出版发行。
1990年，油画作品《小山村》选登1990年5月18日《中国日报》对外英文版。
1984年，油画作品《山路》《妮》《山谷秋声》选登天津人民美术出版社油画丛刊第三期。
1992年，由山东美术家协会推荐编入山东电视台文苑览胜系列文明 人物专题报道。
2007年，9月23日陶少波《天乐》绘画作品160余幅在山东省博物馆举办个人展，展出前后期间，山东卫视、大众日报、齐鲁晚报、山东广播电视报、济南时报、山东工人报、山东商报、艺术网站分别对画展的举办进行了报道，大众日报并选登展览中《水乡》《女人体》《黑色的云》三幅作品，同时刊登山东艺术学院张洪祥教授对陶少波作品观后的评论文章。
2007年，10月3日陶少波接受济南时报记者藏文涛采访。11月4日济南时报在《齐鲁油画名家》专栏对陶少波的艺术及作品进行了整版的专题报道，标题为《陶少波-画坛乐天派》，并刊登了三幅油画作品《茶馆》《古宅系列1 》《古宅系列二》。
1985年，油画《山谷秋声》入选中国青年美术作品展。
1986年，油画《地瓜干》入选中国华东六省1 市油画作品展后，由中国浙江博物馆收藏。
1987年，油画《小山村》入选中国油画作品展后，由中国美术家协会选送赴日本展出，被日本名古屋展览馆收藏。
1988年，油画《秋实》入选中国文明 部组织赴加拿大油画作品展。

1989年，油画《初冬》入选第七届全国美术作品展。
