翁凯旋(1958.9-)，本籍 福建，生于重庆。1978年考入四川美术学院附中，1981年入四川美院本科绘画系油画专业，1985年毕业于四川美术学院油画系，获学士学位。同年考取该油画系研讨 生。1988年毕业，获硕士学位，同年留校任教至今。曾为院外型 艺术系副教授。现为中国美术家协会会员，中国油画协会会员、四川美院教授。
