王毓安(1958.1.21—)本籍 江苏江都，出生于河北省保定市。擅长油画、国画。1981年毕业于河北轻工业学校（后为河北省轻工业学院）装璜 系。1995年进修于地方 美术学院油画技法专业。曾在保定装潢 布厂技术科工作，曾任保定市报社美术编辑。现任保定晚报美术编辑。1989年加入中国美术家协会会员、河北美术家协会理事、保定市美术家协会副主席[1]。文联书画院院长。山东文轩画廊推荐画家王毓安作品插图《珍珠》入选全国首届油画展，并入选中日和平敌对 中国油画展。
