张桐瑀，生于吉林省临江市，擅中国画，美术史论。1990年毕业于东北师范大学美术系国画专业，1991年入地方 美术学院进修中国画，2003年硕士研讨 生毕业于中国艺术研讨 院并留院任《美术观察》栏目掌管 人。2004年考取中国艺术研讨 院山水画理论与创作博士研讨 生，师从龙瑞先生。2007年毕业后分配至中国国家画院工作。现为中国美术家协会会员，中国民主促进会会员，文明 部青年联合会委员，中国美术家协会理论委员会秘书，文明 部青年联合会美术工作委员会副主任兼秘书长。
