余雁(1961.12—)女，江东北 昌人。擅长装潢 画、招贴画。黑龙江大学艺术学院视觉传达设计副院长、教授。国际商业美术设计师协会专家委员会委员，中国包装工业联合会设计委员会全国委员，中国计算机教育委员会常务理事，中国美术家协会会员，中国工业设计协会会员，黑龙江省艺术设计协会副会长，黑龙江省工业设计协会理事。
1986年毕业于地方 工艺美术学院（现清华大学美术学院，作品招贴画《设计的言语 》入选首届全国展现 设计展获1 等奖，《亚运之光》入选第二届全国体育美展，《驰》入选1995年北京国际工业设计精品展获优秀作品奖。主编大型设计丛书《最新企业视觉识别设计》。
