戴铁郎：原藉广东惠阳，1930年生于新加坡，1940年回国，1953年毕业于北京电影学院后入上海电影制片厂美术片组，1957年入上海美术电影制片厂，曾在30余部美术片中担任动画设计、动画设计。其中《小蝌蚪找妈妈》获1961瑞士第14届洛迦诺国际电影节短片银帆奖、法国1962年第4届昂西国际动画电影节儿童片奖、法国1964年第17届戛纳国际电影节荣誉奖、南斯拉夫1978年第3届萨格勒布国际动画电影节1 等奖、法国1981年巴黎蓬皮杜文明 中心第4届国际儿童青年节二等奖；《牧笛》获1981年丹麦第3届欧登塞国际童话电影节银质奖；《我的朋友小海豚》获1982年意大利国际儿童和青年电影节总统银质奖；系列片《黑猫警长》获广电部1986～1987年优秀影片奖。
中国著名动画片艺术家和1 级导演，代表作《黑猫警长》。现任国际动画协会会员、中国美术家协会会员、中国动画学会理事和 地方 电视台动画部艺术顾问，享用 国务院毕生 制待遇。
曾参加与担任了《黑猫警长》、《牧笛》、《小蝌蚪找妈妈》、《草原英雄小姐妹》、《九色鹿》、《森林、小鸟和我》等几十余部作品的人物设计、原动画设计导演和总导演。

Dai Tielang: originally from Huiyang, Guangdong Province, he was born in Singapore in 1930 and returned to China in 1940. After graduating from Beijing Film Academy in 1953, he joined the fine arts film group of Shanghai Film Studio. In 1957, he joined Shanghai fine arts film studio and worked as animation design and animation design in more than 30 fine arts films. Famous Chinese animation artist and first-class director, representative work "police chief black cat". At present, he is a member of the International Animation Association, the Chinese Artists Association, the director of the Chinese animation society and the art consultant of the animation department of CCTV, enjoying the life-long treatment of the State Council.

He has participated in and served as the character design, original animation design director and general director of more than ten works, such as "black cat police chief", "shepherd's Flute", "Little Tadpole Looking for mother", "grassland hero and little sister", "nine color deer", "forest, bird and I".
