男，汉族，1 九三八年生于河北省霸州范家坊村，现为沧州市文联专业画家，擅长中国画，1 级美术师，中国美术家协会会员，工艺美术大师，美协河北分会会员，河北省文联委员，河北省工艺美术学会常务理事，沧州市美协理事长。
1959年参加天津工人文明 宫美术班学习国画、彩塑。曾向孙琪峰、肖朗、梁崎等老师学习国画；向泥人张张铭老师学习彩塑，向王之江老师学习雕塑。
在长时间 艺术实践中构成 了本身 的艺术风格，作品多次入选全国美展，多次参加国内外大展并多次获奖，在河北省评奖中，二次获复兴 奖，三次获特等奖，三次获1 等奖，代表作品有：
