何镇海，男，何镇海照片1959年生于广西柳州。1985年毕业于江西景德镇陶瓷学院美术系雕塑专业。1988年在地方 美术学院雕塑系进修。现为广西艺术学院美术学院教授、硕士研讨 生导师、中国美术家协会会员、中国雕塑学会会员、中国雕塑专业委员会会员、广西美术家协会理事、广西雕塑艺术委员会委员。
1992年设计制造 北京人民大会堂广西厅古代 装潢 壁雕《八桂风物》系列铜质浮雕。
1994年《升腾的凤》参加第8届全国美术作品展（南宁）。
1996年4月举办《门闩系列》木雕作品个人展（南宁）；同年9月《门闩系列》木雕作品参加第4届中国当代艺术研讨 文献展（成都）。
