陶小明(1952.5—)浙江人。擅长漫画。1990年毕业于中国美术学院绘画系。1992年起任职于浙江画院。漫画《西湖的钱》入选中国漫画展；《西湖古人新传》入选第七届全国美展；漫画《天堂新塔》入选’93中国漫画展；《八戒外传，车站见闻》入选第八届全国美展。
