项春生，1960年出生于安徽合肥；1980年毕业于安徽黄梅戏学校，同年留校任教．1987年毕业于中国戏曲学院、安徽师范大学研讨 生、现为中国美术家协会会员，职业画家。建行安徽省分行营业部干部。1990年《暮》获"中国青年首届油画精品展"铜奖。
1991年《浪漫的萨克斯》获"91中国西湖艺术节"金奖。
1993年《小雪与萨克斯》入选"93中国油画年展"。
1992年《悠远 的山寨》入选"中国油画艺术展"。
1997年《烦思》入选"走向新世纪－－中国青年油画展"。
2000年油画《绿荫下的对话》、《乐山乐水》入选"十四次新人新作展"。
2001年《白兰花》获"中国油画大展"优秀奖。《风驰瑶岗》入选建党八十周年全国美展、《穿牛仔衣的青年》获中国油画展优秀奖。
2003年应邀参加"山水梦境－－中国著名油画家黄山写生活动"
2004年《黄山四景图－－峰．松．水．雪》入选"人与自然－－中国画油画风景作品展"。
