欧阳德彪，湖北武汉人，1984年毕业于地方 工艺美术学院获学士学位，中国地质大学教授硕士研讨 生导师，中国美术家协会会员，教育部全国艺术专业学位研讨 生教育指点 委员会美术与艺术设计专业分委会委员。
