陈兴祝，1961年5月生于西藏，毕业于西藏大学艺术学院地方 美术学院访学者、天津美术学院油画高级研讨 班进修。河西学院教授、美术学院院长，中国美术家协会会员，甘肃省美术家协会理事，甘肃省美术家协会油画艺术委员会委员，甘肃画院特聘画家。
