张惠贤，1947年生于沈阳，1973年沈阳鲁迅美术学院油画系毕业，师从袁耀鄂、许勇、许荣初、孙文超、姜纯朴等教授。1998年取得1 级美术师任职资历 。1988年为中国科普创作协会会员，抚顺市美术家协会会员。
两次参加抚顺市文学艺术界联合会大会，为代表。
现为辽宁中际三立画院专业画家，艺术总监。
1985年后以写生与创作结合，创作了大量的风景油画作品。有近60余幅油画作品被香港、新加坡、马来西亚、日本等海内外人士收藏。
2011-2012年19幅风景油画作品被上海淮海西路（红坊国际艺术区）收藏。
2013年12幅风景油画被上海莫干山艺术区收藏。
2015年8幅油画作品被国内企业家收藏。
2016年出版《中国当代油画家张惠贤风景油画作品集》。
张惠贤的风景油画，不仅有着东方美学的特征，优美抒情的艺术风格，组合了他的风景绘画魅力，构成 了这位艺术家别具1 格的艺术个性。
他的油画功底坚实，独具魅力，早在青年时代便已成名，那时他的作品以人物居多，具备了雄厚的基本功。他的人物画作品曾多次在全国美展及省级大展获奖，但他的风景画艺术却更能透出这位油画艺术家的功力和风采。
张惠贤作为艺术家对于大自然中美好景致的提炼及艺术加工，使作品比大自然中的原?形更加有神韵和灵性。
他的风景油画充满诗意，又阳刚大气，“太行山牧羊人”就是1 例，作者站在高高的太行山上极目远眺，山间去海中的羊群、牧羊人，若隐若现，灵感不禁油然而生，近处的草地与远处的群山，雪白的羊群，作者用细腻的色彩冷暖变化及光景手段，使人感到身临其境。他的画很多是北国的白山黑水景色，银色的世界，天地苍茫，银装素裹，北国的山山水水，民俗风情，在他的笔下，变成了如梦普通 的诗情画意。从他的作品被着名 望的画廊及海内外人士收藏而言，他的艺术价值不言而喻。
