何克敌(1928.10—)别名劲军，广东南海人。擅长油画。毕业于广东省立艺专，历任华南人民文学艺术学院研讨 员，广东美术创作室创作员，广东省美术展览办公室负责人，广东画院专业画家。
作品有《归侨》、《百色起义》、《特区正午》等。
