李林琢，男，1949年12月生，本籍 山东平原。地方 美术学院壁画系教授。1968-1974年在首都特钢公司炼钢车间，1974年进美院学习，实习中负伤，治愈后复学，1981年毕业于地方 美术学院壁画系。现为地方 美术学院壁画系副主任、副教授、中国美术家协会会员、中国建筑石雕公司顾问。作品有壁画《钢之歌》、《湖》、《套马》等。其壁画、油画、雕塑等作品多次在国内外参展并在刊物上发表，并发表了《木雕壁画创作》、《浮雕壁画》、《壁画创作谈》等数篇学术论文。其中两篇论文获1992年文明 部“全国优秀教材奖”。
1990年-1991年9月赴法国巴黎国际艺术城进行学术交流并举办个展，并赴瑞士、英国、德国、意大利等9个国家访问。1990年为亚运村5 洲大酒店设计的浮雕被巴黎建筑家协会推加国际建筑投标，同时，十数件作品在画展期间被收藏。
