袁舜吾，1941年生于苏州吴县，1960年就读于苏州工艺美专，1970年毕业于苏州丝绸工学院美术设计专业。现为国家级高级美术设计师。浙江省国际美术交流协会会员，杭州市美术家协会会员，杭州市水彩画家协会会员。

Was born at Suzhou 1941 county, read beauty of craft of Yu Su city 1960 only, was graduated from major of artistic design of Suzhou silk engineering college 1970. It is national level now division of high artistic design. Zhejiang saves international art to communicate academician, academician of Hangzhou city artist, academician of painter of Hangzhou city watercolour.
