宋鸿钧，1963年出生于吉林，现任河北省美术家协会常务理事，秦皇岛美术家协会主席、中国环境管理干部学院艺术与设计学院（筹）院长，教授，燕山大学艺术学院硕士生导师。作品曾在期刊及艺术网站推介，发表，评论。有部分作品被联合国副秘书长斯特朗先生收藏，部分作品澳洲，新西兰，新加坡，日本，韩国等国家画廊收藏。
