曹开翔，（1943.3.7-）生于天津，本籍 浙江鄞县，笔名凯翔，中国美术家协会会员天津漫画专业委员会理事。1962年开始发表作品。从60年代开始专业 创作漫画，到80年代以后 ，随着时代的发展，才得以在漫坛上1 展身手。毕业于天津职工美术学校。本人当过工人，干部，经理，广告人。前后 在《讽刺与幽默》、《工人日报》、《中国漫画》等数十家报刊上发表作品几千余篇。擅长独幅漫画创作。前后 获得近四十余次国内外漫画创作比赛奖励其中获1985年意大利国际漫画大奖赛银盘奖、1997年全国旧事 漫画金奖、2000年、2002年全国旧事 漫画银奖。多次参加全国美展和全国漫画展。。两次获《人民日报》《讽刺与幽默》奖。作品入选《中国古代 美术全集．《漫画卷》个人艺术成就被选入《中国当代书画家名人大辞典》和《中国当代漫画家辞典》等。四项体育幽默组画获1985年意大利奥委会主办的国际体育幽默漫画大奖赛银盘奖。原作为意大利奥委会收藏。
