孙宝欣，号“归山闲人”，阳谷定水人，中国美术家协会会员，中国旧事 漫画研讨 会会员，山东省美术家协会会员，山东省漫画家协会副秘书长，聊城市漫画家协会主席。山东省第三批“齐鲁文明 之星”，2016年入选首届聊城市“百人计划”专家，聊城市人民政府授予“水城领军人才”荣誉称号，2017年11月中共聊城市委宣扬 部授予“聊城文明 英才”称号，聊城市政协委员，聊城市签约艺术家。

荣获第二十七届中国旧事 奖1 等奖，联合国国际漫画大奖赛出色 奖等，截止到目前，在国内外大赛、展览中获奖200多个，在报刊及新媒体发表作品3000余幅（次）。
