黄伟强(1918.9—)广东东莞人。擅长绘画。1935年开始在粤、沪、港等地报刊上发表漫画作品。历任广州国华报、快海报、武汉大家看周报、中南艺术出版社美术编辑。广东文史研讨 馆馆员，广东漫画学会名誉会长。曾创作长篇连载漫画。出版有《茂叔漫画》第1 、二、三集，《黄伟强装潢 画全集 》、《中国美术史概要》、《中国名画》、《艺坛上的巨人》等通俗美术图书十多种。
