中国书法家协会理事，天津市书法家协会副主席、秘书长。 1960年4月出生，水落坡乡南张村人，中共党员，书法家；1980年12月至1984年3月，在天津市公安局7处工作；1984年3月至1990年12月，在天津市公安局政治部工作；1990年12月至2000年7月，在天津市公安学校任教；2000年7月至2005年10月，在天津公安警官职业学院任教；2005年10月，在天津市书法家协会工作。现任中国书法家协会理事、评审委员会委员，天津市书法家协会副主席兼秘书长。

 2015年12月8日，任中国书法家协第七届副主席。

Director of China Calligrapher Association, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of Tianjin Calligrapher Association. Born in April 1960, Nanzhang Village, Shuilupo Township, a member of the Communist Party of China and a calligrapher; from December 1980 to March 1984, he worked in seven offices of Tianjin Public Security Bureau; from March 1984 to December 1990, he worked in the Political Department of Tianjin Public Security Bureau; from December 1990 to July 2000, he taught in Tianjin Public Security School; from July 2000 to October 2005, he worked in Tianjin Public Security Bureau. He teaches in Tianjin Police Officer Vocational College and works in Tianjin Calligrapher Association in October 2005. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Review Committee of the Chinese Calligraphers Association and vice-chairman and secretary-general of Tianjin Calligraphers Association.

Achievements and Honours

His works have participated in the 3rd, 5th, 6th and 7th National Calligraphy exhibitions; the 3rd and 5th national young and middle-aged calligraphy exhibitions; the 1st, 2nd and 3rd national official calligraphy exhibitions; and the 1st National cursive calligraphy exhibition. They won prizes in the 6th National Calligraphy Exhibition, the 2nd and 3rd National Official Calligraphy Exhibition and the 4th National Couplet Calligraphy Exhibition. He was awarded the title of "Ten Excellent Calligraphers" at the 3rd China (Tianjin) Calligraphy Art Festival by Tianjin Literary Federation and Chinese Calligraphers Association, the "First New Star of Literature and Art in Tianjin" and the first "Shuangxin Calligraphers of Deyi" in China. In 1999, he was awarded the "Blue Shield Art Gold Prize" at the Health Light Art Calligraphy Exhibition of the Ministry of Public Security; in 2002, he was awarded at the 3rd National Official Calligraphy Exhibition and the 4th National Couplet Calligraphy Exhibition. He has been the judge of many calligraphy exhibitions sponsored by the Chinese Calligrapher Association. He has also traveled to Korea with a delegation of young Chinese calligraphers for calligraphy art exchange activities.
