廖国宁(1946.10—)台湾台北人。擅长漆画、水彩画。1965年毕业于福建艺术学院舞台美术专业，留校任教。历任福建省博物馆美术设计，福建省美术展览馆馆长，二级美术师。作品有《通宵达旦 》、《广厦》、《菊》、《归鸟》等，《窗口》获第六届全国美展铜奖，为中国美术馆收藏。

Liao Guoning (1946.1, ) Taiwan Taipei person. Be good at lacquer painting, aquarelle. Was graduated from major of art of arena of Fujian art institute 1965, stay school teach. Have successively held the posts of artistic design of Fujian Province museum, curator of exhibition of Fujian Province art, division of 2 class art.
Work has " day and night " , " wide mansion " , " chrysanthemum " , " put in a bird 's charge " etc, " the window " obtain beauty of the 6th whole nation to exhibit cupreous award, collect for Chinese art gallery.
