戴毅强，1961年9月出生。1982年毕业于集美大学艺术学院美术系。福建省美术家协会理事，福建省美术家协会水彩画艺委会副秘书长，泉州市美术家协会秘书长，泉州画院专职画家。
作品入选第六届全国水彩粉画展，首届中国水彩人物画展，首届全国小幅水彩作品展，纪念《延讲》发表六十周年全国美术作品展，第八届全国水彩写生精品展。出版有个人水彩画、油画专集。

Dai Yi is strong, was born in September 1961. Was graduated from faculty of art of institute of Jimei university art 1982.
