王烈昕，1971年生于宁波，现为浙江省美术家协会会员、浙江省水彩画家协会会员。
作品曾入选全国首届小幅水彩画展、全国第10届美术作品征评展暨浙江省第11届美术作品展、2007浙江省青年美术家作品展、中国浙派水彩画赴新加坡精品展、2008宁波1 温州晋京小幅作品展(中国美术馆展出)、全国第11届美术作品展、全国第九届水彩、粉画展。
作品曾获2004浙江省水彩画展优秀奖，2005宁波水彩画大展金奖，浙江省第2届美术、书法、摄影优秀作品展银奖，2006年获宁波政府奖——群星奖的银奖，2008年获浙江省水彩画大展金奖。
