陈巽如（1949.7—）女，曾用名陈胜如、耳东，湖南望城人。擅长水粉画、连环画。1965年考入湖南戏剧学校舞台美术科学习，1969年毕业。1970年分配到新华印刷厂当工人，1981年调湖南人民出版社工作，现为湖南文艺出版社美术编辑、装帧室副主任。中国美术家协会会员，美协湖南分会理事。
壁画《攻关》（合作）获1979年全国科普美展1 等奖。作品儿童读物《金龙崖》获第六届全国美展银奖，《湘西行》在第二届全国青年美展获奖。
