卢云亭，1961年生，黑龙江同江人。1989年毕业于大连轻工学院。国家二级美术师，现为职业画家，定居北京。1989年毕业于大连轻工学院艺术设计学院。黑龙江省美术家协会会员，黑龙江省书法家协会会员。国家二级美术师，北京南北画廊艺术总监，北京大学《水墨中国》责任编辑，北京荣宝斋特邀画家，美国洛杉矶MoronoKiangGallery画廊签约画家，现为地方 美术学院访问学者。职业画家，定居北京。
