陶天恩(1927—2009)别名田恩，山东蓬莱人。擅长水彩画。1946年考入山东大学任绘图员。1949年任青岛美术专科学校教师，1953年任青岛市文联干事，1954年任青岛日报社美术组长，1979年任青岛工艺美术研讨 所副所长、高级工艺美术师。青岛美协顾问。1956年获全国青年美展三等奖。作品有《海军叔叔好》、《比比谁的碗底干净》、《宋庆龄像》等。作品《潮》被收入中国古代 美术全集·水彩卷。
