王韶悌，中国美术家协会云南分会会员，昆明市民进画院副院长，昆明市美术家协会理事，艺委会委员。
1982年受教于云南艺术学院美术系，1985年毕业于中国书画大学。
作品多次被海内外收藏家收藏及中国云南人民政府收藏。
昆明书画院画家，1994年，油画《古老的风俗 》入选云南省美术作品展；1998年，油画《湖中船》人选云南省油画风景作品展；2002年，油画《苗山顶的人民》入选全国美术作品展，获铜奖；2006年，油画《山路弯弯》入选首届昆明风景画双年展，获政府收藏奖；2006年5月，在昆明举办“云南意大利文明 交流”个人画展；2007年3月，油画作品参加云南著名艺术家抒写云南“阳光云南”展览；2014年6月，油画作品《老阳山的凌晨 》入选七彩云南全国美术作品展。
