张彤，出生于甘肃，籍贯江苏。现为中国美术家协会会员、国家二级美术师、天水师范学院客座教授、甘肃画院特聘画师、兰州画院院外画家、甘肃美术家协会油画艺委会副秘书长。作品多次参加全国美术作品展，并有作品被中国美术馆、陕西美术博物馆等机构收藏。
