王小冈(1958.9—)安徽有为 人。擅长油画、装帧。1982年毕业于福建师范大学艺术系。历任福州幼儿师范学校美术教师、福建美协干部。现居海外。作品《林则徐1785年—1859年》入选全国庆祝建党60周年全国美展，《华侨旗帜——陈嘉庚》入选全国侨乡画展。编著有《封面摄影与设计》(合作)。
