张志强，油画家，1971年生，1986年至1989年齐鲁石化职业中专石油化工中专毕业，1989年至1990年齐鲁石化第1 化肥厂工人，1990年至1994年山东艺术学院美术系油画专业本科毕业，2002年中国美术学院综合艺术系研讨 生，现为中国油画家，任教于山东建筑大学艺术学院美术系，教研室主任，副教授，硕士生导师，中国美术家协会会员，山东油画学会常务理事、副秘书长。长时间 从事美术基础教学工作，至今已 出版绘画基础类专著七本，作品多次参加全国美术展览及国内艺术组织展览，多次参加团体联展及举办个人作品展，获得了多项奖励，绘画风格特征得到专家与大众的广泛认同。1994年至今山东建筑大学从事美术教学工作。
1994年7月，油画《进山的路》入选第二届中国油画展。
1994年10月，油画《阵雨》入选第八届全国美展。
1994年12月，油画《远逝》获新铸联杯全国油画国画精品展优秀奖。
1998年，为文明 部合作完成超大型油画作品《世纪大典=》赠予香港政府。
1999年10月，油画《装潢 我们的美好生活》获济南市青年美术展览1 等奖。
2002年7月，油画《陌生的花园》获第二届山东小幅油画展优秀奖，并赴北京国际艺苑展出。
2002年6月，油画《e时代情侣》获纪念毛泽东《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》发表60周年山东省美术展览金奖。获全国美术展览优秀奖。
2004年7月，油画《旱季 东部牧歌》获建国55周年山东省美术展览二等奖。
2005年7月，粉画《旅途》入选第八届全国水彩粉画展，获山东省1 等奖。
2005年9月，粉画《御风》入选第七届全国体育美展，获山东省1 等奖。
2005年12月，素描《传统建筑》获山东省第二届写生展1 等奖。
2007．作品《村头》获山东省新农村建设写生作品展1 等奖。
2007．作品《世界》获第八届全国水彩粉画展最高奖“中国美术奖提名作品”奖。
2008．作品10幅参加山东青年油画家提名展。
2008．作品《流星雨》获首届山东青年美术大展艺术创新奖。
2008．作品7幅参加“有形 无界”非具象艺术展。
