王文倩(1952.8—)女，浙江人。擅长油画、中国画。1982年毕业于鲁迅美术学院油画系。曾任辽宁美术出版社美术编辑、鲁迅美术学院美术系教师。现任教育系色彩教研室主任、副教授。国画《人参娃娃》入选第七届全国美展，荣获第5 届全国年画评奖三等奖；油画《进城》入选全国少数民族美术作品展，彩色连环画《动物王国奇案》获第四届全国连环画评奖二等奖。
