张龙新画作

张龙新，出生于江苏连云港市。毕业于地方 美术学院油画系第十三届硕士课程研修班，中国艺术研讨 院美术学研讨 生。中国艺术研讨 院艺术品鉴定中心副主任。兼任文明 部青年联合会副主席、文明 部青联美术委员会主任、全国青联第九届委员会委员、中国美术家协会会员、中国人民大学培训学院特聘教授。
