张洪祥，1959年考入浙江美院油画系。毕业后曾在浙江展览馆、山东艺术馆、山东美术馆从事油画创作。1979年调山东艺术学院任教，现为副教授、美术系副主任兼第1 油画工作室主任。中国美术家协会会员，美协山东分会理事，山东油画艺术委员会副会长。
1941年生于山东潍坊市；
1964年毕业于浙江美术学院油画系；
1977年《节节胜利》参加庆祝建军50周年全国美展，作品被中国人民革命军事
博物馆收藏；
1979年《斗霸》参加第5 届全国美展（即庆祝建党30周年全国美展），获银奖，
作品被中国美术馆收藏；
1982年《村头》、《山乡薄暮》参加晋京山东风土人情油画展，《村头》被中国美
术馆收藏；
1984年《长街行》参加第六届全国美展，获铜奖，作品被中国美术馆收藏；
1987年《心事》参加首届中国油画展，并赴日本东京参加中国油绘展，作品被
东京美术馆收藏；
1988年《村姑》、《晒太阳》、《曲曲山路》赴日本、奥地利、加拿大展出，作品
被中国文明 部外联局收藏；
油画《长街行》赴日本参加古代 中国美术秀作展；
同年10月被山东省委、省政府授予首批“山东省专业技术拔尖人才”
称号；
1989年作为次要 参与人的“油画教学”项目被评为国家级优秀教学成果；
1991年《1 个共产党员的自白》参加庆祝建党70周年全国美展；
1993年《沂山晚归》参加首届中国油画双年展；
1994年《十里蝉声》参加94’中国画、中国油画精品大展，获优秀奖；
1995年《大运河之子》参加第二届中国油画展，作品被新加坡“亚洲艺术家画
廊”收藏；
1998年《茅峰夕照》参加98’国际美术年，中国山水、油画风景艺术大展；
2001年《山前小路》参加研讨 与超越-中国小幅油画展；
2003年《5 月的清风》参加第三届中国油画展暨精品展；
2006年应邀为地方 军委1 号接待大厅创作大型油画《迎客松》；
2009年张洪祥油画风景作品展。
出版个人画集《当代油画精品集-张洪祥》、《中国美术学院老1 辈油画家-张洪祥作品集》等，多幅作品被收入国内外大型画册几十本。
