马如骐(1913.11—2002.2)浙江龙游人。擅长油画、水彩画。1933年入国立杭州艺专，1937年毕业于北平国立艺专西画系。历任中学美术教师、重庆市文明 局美术公司美术部主任、重庆建筑工程学院教授。作品有《赤卫军痛歼圣母团》、《贴春联》、《水电站》等，《夏》入选第七届中国水彩画大展。
